At Mid Sussex Veterinary Clinic we run a party for puppies that have had their initial vaccinations.

The party is a chance for your puppy to meet other puppies of a similar age in a controlled environment. Initially they meet each other on a lead but time is allowed for some off lead playing too!!!

Our parties are great fun for both humans and puppies!

Whilst your puppy is socialising you can chat to other puppy owners and the Veterinary Nurses about caring for your puppy.

Topics include: Flea and Worm treatments
                            Nutrition
                            Vaccinations
                            Microchipping
                            Neutering
                            Basic training
                            General care.

We can also answer any other queries that you may have.

Invites are sent out to puppies having been to Mid Sussex Veterinary Clinic for their initial vaccinations.

COME AND JOIN IN THE FUN!!!

This little cat was found outside Plumpton Green Primary School on Tuesday 10th January at 9.30am. She was seen being attacked by a dog. She was bought in by a caring member of the public who saw her being injured. She was examined by our vet Marie Arkell, it was found that she had suffered an injury to her spine and was unable to use her hind limbs. She had also ruptured her abdominal wall leading to a small hernia. She was given pain relief immediately and we settled her in to a nice warm cage.

Unfortunately she was not wearing any identification and we could not find a microchip. With either of these we would have been able to re unite her with her owner.

She has spent the last few weeks in our care where we have seen a great improvement to her injuries. She is now a lot stronger on her hind limbs and we have repaired her hernia.

She is a lovely little cat who has settled in to veterinary clinic life very well! She loves sitting on your lap and enjoys lots of fuss and attention!

She must have an owner some where who is missing her?

We would like to thank everyone that attended our Christmas Fair/Open Day on Sunday 4th December. The Day was a great success. It was a pleasure to see so many people enjoying themselves.

Our raffle raised £75. This was divided between the three charities supporting us on the day:

• Happy Breed
• W.R.A.P
